My 8-week Progressive Strength Programme (available in two flexible formats) is designed to move you beyond the basics and future-proof your body.
This isn’t Pilates (although I love it). And it’s not just about lifting heavier weights (though we’ll get there too). It’s about applying just the right level of challenge to create real, lasting change - safely and effectively.

From age 30 onwards, our bodies need more than just movement. To build muscle, protect joints, and support bone health, smart, progressive strength training is essential.
Without strength work, we lose up to 8% of muscle per decade (and more after 60), leading to:
