Health & Wellness collaborations

I believe that true health is holistic. Whilst I specialise in mindful movement and strength, I proudly partner with a trusted network of the best local specialists in Finchley, N3, North London and online. This collaboration ensures you receive comprehensive, integrated care, helping you achieve your long-term wellness and mobility goals beyond the mat.

Nutrition and wellness

(Nutritional therapist and holistic practitioner)

By combining the latest nutritional science, functional testing and personalised health coaching, I create bespoke plans that guide women back to a sense of balance, vitality and control over their own wellbeing. I offer 1:1 consultations, online courses and educational talks.

Cognitive and mental health support

Melissa De Lusignan
(Certified and registered Hypnotherapy practitioner)

Many of us move through life believing our thoughts and behaviours are fixed - yet the truth is, our beliefs are dynamic. What we think, how we feel, and what we do can evolve to better support our wellbeing. I blend hypnotherapy with neuroscience and behavioural psychology to help everyday people overcome real-life challenges - from easing anxiety in young children and helping working mums recover from burnout, to supporting those living with unresolved chronic pain and older adults experiencing loneliness. I offer one-to-one hypnotherapy sessions, both in person and online, alongside Dynamic Mind & Body small-group workshops and programmes.

Injury and rehabilitation

Leor Okrent
Director and Principal Osteopath

I established the Finchley Osteopathy Clinic and the practice rapidly gained the trust of the local community, developing a reputation for quickly identifying the underlying source of seemingly intractable problems, and successfully treating them. And in September 2017, I opened Health Space 307 on Regents Park Road in Finchley central. This exciting new centre is enabling me to take forward my vision of a community of therapists working under one roof in a multidisciplinary centre of excellence.
