Each bespoke session uses a mix of original Pilates equipment - the Reformer, Wunda chair, and Barrel - to focus on your body and its individual needs. 1-to-1 sessions allow me to tailor the exercises just for you, with appropriate levels of intensity.
1 hour 1-to-1: £75
45 minute 1-to-1: £65
