1-to-1 Pilates in Finchley
Personalised and structured Pilates designed to help you move with confidence.
You’ll work with me in my quiet Finchley home studio, where every session is customised to what your body needs right now:
- Rebuild strength after injury or surgery
- Improve flexibility and joint health
- Stay mobile and confident through menopause or aging
- Support your return to sport without fear of re-injury
- Prevent falls and maintain independence as you age
A more supported way to build strength, stability and ease in your body
My 1:1 Pilates sessions in Finchley (N3) are designed for people who want focused guidance, clear instruction and a programme that fits their body - not the other way around.
Whether you’re returning to movement, navigating midlife changes, managing joint or back discomfort, or simply wanting more tailored support, you’ll receive a thoughtful, personalised approach rooted in clinical Pilates, functional strength and intentional movement.
I work with clients across Finchley, East Finchley, West Finchley, North Finchley, Highgate, Muswell Hill and Hampstead Garden Suburb, both in-person and online.
These aren’t cookie-cutter classes. They’re strategic, hands-on sessions that evolve with you - so you can move better, feel better, and live better every day.
Each bespoke session uses a mix of original Pilates equipment - the Reformer, Wunda chair, and Barrel - to focus on your body and its individual needs. 1-to-1 sessions allow me to tailor the exercises just for you, with appropriate levels of intensity.

Personalised assessment
We start with a short movement assessment to understand your mobility, postural patterns, balance and any areas of tension or weakness.
Targeted sessions designed for your goals
Each session blends Pilates matwork, controlled strength training, breathwork and mobility exercises - adapted to your ability and progressing at a pace that feels right for you.
Clear, calm cueing
My teaching style is supportive, warm and detailed. You’ll always understand why you’re doing something and how it benefits your body.
Reformer available for 1:1 clients
If appropriate, we can incorporate the Reformer, Wunda chair and Barrel for support, resistance or strength progression.
