  • I joined the Happy Body Pilates video club so that I could have access to all of Kerry’s great videos, when at home or travelling. There are some which are just 10 minutes… stretching, breathing, restorative, which at lunchtime or at the end of a working day is just enough to clear your head and release your shoulders. There are also 30-45 minute videos which are the same as being in a class with Kerry. Clear, concise instruction, she still manages to correct you at just the right moment!

Three helpful tips for your home practice

Stay accountable – invite a friend to workout with you or keep a practice diary to help keep you on track.

Keep it short and regular – choose a 20 to 30 minute video a few times a week (even 5-10 minutes of regular practice will help).
