My Pilates classes in Finchley (N3) are designed for people who want fun, calm, supportive teaching that still helps them get stronger. Classes blend Pilates matwork, functional strength, mobility and breath-led movement, with clear cueing and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

I teach with a gentle but detailed approach, helping you find your alignment, engage your abdominals, those smaller muscles that you didn’t know you had(!), and move in a way that supports your joints.
Strength-focused Pilates
Expect controlled strength work using light weights, resistance bands and focused matwork to support posture, bone health and everyday movement.
Mobility and stability combined
Classes include functional mobility work to help ease stiffness, improve balance and support stability around the hips, knees, shoulders and spine.
Safe for beginners and midlife bodies
You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. Classes are paced so you never feel rushed, with options for all levels.

The tone is warm, relaxed and welcoming - no pressure, no competitiveness, just good, mindful movement.
