What makes these classes different

Clear, calm teaching

I teach with a gentle but detailed approach, helping you find your alignment, engage your abdominals, those smaller muscles that you didn’t know you had(!), and move in a way that supports your joints.

Strength-focused Pilates

Expect controlled strength work using light weights, resistance bands and focused matwork to support posture, bone health and everyday movement.

Mobility and stability combined

Classes include functional mobility work to help ease stiffness, improve balance and support stability around the hips, knees, shoulders and spine.

Safe for beginners and midlife bodies
