Strong for Life is an ongoing, self-paced strength membership designed specifically for people in midlife who want to keep training well with a technique-first approach, and without starting over, burning out, or guessing what to do next.

How it works

Strong for Life is built around structure, not pressure.

Each month you’ll be guided to follow a simple weekly rhythm:
2–3 strength sessions per week.

A mix of upper body, lower body and full-body workouts.

Within the platform, I’ll provide a clear structure for what to do each week, with options depending on how many days you want to train, your time, and the level of intensity/your energy levels.

It’s for people who want to make strength training a non-negotiable part of their lives but want expert guidance.

Who is Strong for Life for?

Strong for Life is designed for midlife bodies, and primarily people who’ve completed the Level 1 (Strength Foundations) and Level 2 (Strength Accelerator) programmes.

It’s also open to people with previous strength training experience who are ready to train independently and consistently.
