Why online Pilates works
Clear, detailed cueing even through the screen
My teaching style translates extremely well online - expect calm, precise instruction that helps you understand exactly what to do and how movements should feel.
Easy to follow, minimal equipment
Standard equipment is a mat, but we sometimes use Pilates balls, light weights and resistance bands. I’ll suggest simple household alternatives if you don’t have these items.
Ideal for midlife bodies
Online classes offer a gentler entry point if you’re returning to exercise, managing stiffness, or wanting a slower, more intentional pace.
Strength and mobility combined
You’ll work your abdominals, build functional strength and improve joint mobility - all in a controlled, supportive way.
Flexible and consistent
No travel, no rushing. Just simple access to high-quality movement that fits your routine.
What to expect in online classes

Move with confidence and ease in daily life - whether you’re chasing after kids, playing sports, or just getting out of a chair with no aches
