This 8-week self-paced programme informed by Pilates principles, and designed to build on what you’ve already achieved, pushes your limits safely, and keeps you moving stronger every day.
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing better: heavier weights, new training styles, sharper technique, and honing in on the strength that makes everyday life easier - whether that’s picking up your child or grandchildren, carrying shopping bags, climbing stairs, or lifting your case into an overhead locker with confidence.
The Level 1 Foundations programme was about establishing the fundamentals of strength training movements. Level 2 is about building sustainable habits to deliver tangible progress in strength, stamina, and body composition.
Expect improved muscle tone, stronger joints, easier daily movements and renewed confidence to keep up with your daily activities.

Graduates of the Level 1: Strength Foundations programme who want to lock in their progress and go further.
Anyone with prior strength training experience who wants a structured, progressive programme (by application).

2 x 30-min pre-recorded sessions per week - upper, lower, and full-body
Short mobility sessions (3–4) to unlock tightness, range of motion and support recovery
Pre-and-post course self-assessment with simple performance tests
Live Q&A check-ins to keep you accountable and answer your questions

Optional 15-min 1:1 check-in (£65) for personalised feedback
